Lauren Katalinich

Co-director; Community lead

Lauren oversees all things community and communications at the Psychedelic Society.

She believes in the power of psychedelics, and the practices they inspire, to help people reconnect deeply with themselves, their communities, and the natural world. Because that’s what they did for her.

Her work at the Psychedelic Society is all about creating a space of support and connection between like-minded people who believe in deeper, more meaningful way to live.

Outside her work with the Psychedelic Society she practices dance and co-creates events that help people explore the boundaries of self-expression.

Her deepest influences are the psychological theories of Carl Jung, the poetry of Mary Oliver and Khalil Gibran, and the beauty of nature.

She’s currently reading: Soulcraft by Bill Plotkin

“For those of us who are truly committed to growth and transformation, there is almost a sensual longing for communion with others who have a larger vision. The immense fulfillment of the friendship between those engaged in furthering the evolution of consciousness has a quality impossible to describe.”

- Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
